Daily life comes with many challenges and stressors. From crazy schedules and work-related stress to crazy traffic and family obligations.
There are many sources of stress that can get thrown your way on a daily basis. Over time these stressors can impact you in many ways. Some obvious, others, more subliminal.
This is why it’s important to be an advocate for yourself and to put time and energy into forms of self-care. When we consistently engage in a fitness routine, we are exposed to many fun, but challenging things.
Ironically enough, actually carrying heavy things can allow us to “drop” stressors in our life more easily.
So if you have to carry something, choose to pick up something that makes you stronger and more confident.
You’ll find that as you get better at 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩, that the stresses of everyday life weigh much less.
